 Michael Parise started "Cannoli Kings Catering" as a small little catering company in West Hollywood, CA. in 2004. Our objective was to always answer our phone, be very hands on with our events, build relationships with our clients and serve the best food in Southern California. And as they say..."So far so good"  and we will continue to do so and that's our promise.

Parise catering in Las Vegas is the begining of something no other caterer in Las Vegas has,...dedication to customer service . The love of food and the passion for creating spectacular events with out breaking your bank.. Chef Michael Parise feels so strongly about his venture in to vegas...he put his name on it.
